Sebastian Serpa Seminar and Guest Instructor Week

Sebastian Serpa will be our resident guest instructor the week of November 2–7, 2026. We will announce the classes he will be teaching throughout that week as we get closer. He will be teaching a seminar Saturday, November 7th from 10:00AM–1:00PM. Vida members do not need to register for the event. All adult Vida members will automatically be registered for the seminar and the guest instructor week. Visitors from all gyms are welcome. The event is $50 for visitors and that gets you your registration to the seminar on Saturday, but also allows you to attend any classes during that week as well without an additional drop in fee.
