Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a devastating style of combative self defense that, when used properly, can protect against and incapacitate an attacker or opponent, plus it is the perfect total body workout. In our kickboxing classes, you’ll learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Western-Style Boxing skills combinations. Classes include cardio calisthenics, punch/kick/knee/elbow strikes, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. 
 
Our kickboxing classes are great for both men and women. No matter what level your background or current fitness level has you starting at, you will be able to join in and enjoy these classes right away and work at your own pace. Kickboxing increases strength, confidence, coordination, speed, agility, power, and flexibility. Plus, it’s fun. Come ready to sweat like crazy, build a solid core, and burn calories.
 
Please note: You must provide your own gloves for Vida Kickboxing classes. We do have gloves available for sale at the gym.
